This looks wonderful . I just unpacked my COSORI AF and happen to have a steak but need to get the mushrooms tomorrow as well as try to find the Mushroom Garlic Olive Oil. I have Sprouts and Fresh Market in my neighborhood and bet one of them will have it.
What do you consider the best cooking spray for the basket? I have Spritzers of EVOO and Avacado
Oil. I also have Pam but have heard that should not be used.
Thanks.
Jennifer
Hi! If you’re unable to find a mushroom garlic olive oil, you can add about 1 tsp. of minced garlic to your plain EVOO to add in that garlic flavor! For the basket, I use an EVOO spritzer. I would avoid using any aerosol sprays like Pam, they will gunk up on your basket. Any oil spritzer should work, or just brush some oil on if needed. I hope you enjoy your new air fryer!
