Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Pinot Grigio (or any other semi-sweet white wine)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 green apple – sliced
  • 1/2 red apple – sliced
  • 1/2 red pear – sliced
  • 1/2 green pear – sliced
  • 4 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or carafe, combine the Pinot Grigio, apple cider, club soda, and maple syrup. Stir to combine. 
  2. Core the apples and pears, cut in half, and then thinly slice length-wise. Add to the pitcher. 
  3. Add the cinnamon sticks to the pitcher and then place into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
