Bone Broth Turmeric Latte

Description

Switch up your morning drink routine with this collagen-filled bone broth turmeric latte – both gluten and dairy free.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz. chicken bone broth
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the cayenne pepper to a small saucepan and whisk to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes – stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour into a mug, top with additional cracked black pepper and a pinch of cayenne pepper and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Be sure to only used canned coconut milk.
  • Be sure to use chicken bone broth – not stock or regular broth.
