Recipe FAQs and Notes
How do you reheat fish?
If you want to get the crispiness back to the fish, you can reheat it low and slow in the oven. A quick reheat in an air fryer could be a possibility, too.
How do you unthaw Mahi Mahi?
Since it doesn’t take long to unthaw, you just need to take your fillets out of the freezer and place them in the fridge a few hours before cooking.
Why is my coating sticking to the pan?
Make sure you grease the pan you’re using to cook the fish! If it sticks, it’s going to tear off the coating, and no one likes that idea.
