Crockpot Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup organic apple cider
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a crockpot, stirring well to combine.
  2. Cook on low for approximately 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Let cool and store in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
