Ingredients

- 4 cups organic pumpkin puree
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup organic apple cider
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a crockpot, stirring well to combine.
- Cook on low for approximately 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Let cool and store in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
