Ingredients

Power Ball

  • 15 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup whole-grain rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 scoops Hyperbiotic Prebiotic powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil – melted
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice (regular lime juice works as well)
  • 1 tbsp lime zest

Coating

  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Add all power ball ingredients to a food processor and begin to pulse. Once the mixture begins to combine, process for about 1 minute until all ingredients are thoroughly chopped and combined.
  2. Place mixture into the freezer for about 1 hour.
  3. Remove from freezer, using a small scoop, shape the mixture into 1 inch balls.
  4. Combine the coconut and lime zest on a sheet of parchment paper. Roll each ball in the coconut lime zest mixture until it’s fully coated.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
