Nut-free Banana Split Bites

  • 1 banana
  • 1 fresh pineapple (cored)
  • 1 package organic strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Enjoy Life semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • Popsicle sticks


  1. Core fresh pineapple and cut into square chunks
  2. Slice the tops off strawberries, then slice in half
  3. Slice banana into 1/2 to 1 inch chunks
  4. Slide one piece of each fruit onto a popsicle stick so that you have a flat bottom
  5. Place fruit into refrigerator to chill while you melt the chocolate
  6. Place chocolate into a long, shallow dish and melt in the microwave, about 1 minute
  7. Dip the bottom half of the fruit arrangement into chocolate and place onto parchment paper
  8. Place in refrigerator to chill for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has solidified
