Roasted Red Pepper Olive Tapenade


  • 1 jar pitted Kalamata olives (equivalent to about 2 cups)
  • 2/3 cup roasted red peppers (drained)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt


  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Serve with your favorite gluten free crackers, meats, etc.
