Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

  • 23 medium sized sweet potatoes
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 t pink Himalayan salt


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into strips, about the size of steak fries (you can slice smaller if you’d like)
  3. Melt the coconut oil and add in the cayenne pepper
  4. Use a basting brush to brush the coconut oil mix onto the fries
  5. Sprinkle pink Himalayan salt over the fries (I use my Himalayan salt grinder for this)
  6. Bake at 450 degree for approximately 15-20 minutes. (I eyeball them and when they start to get browned I take them out)
