Thanksgiving Meat and Cheese Board

Ingredients

  • 1 package fresh blueberries
  • 1 package fresh raspberries
  • 3 oz. Capocollo
  • 4 oz. uncured Italian dry Salami
  • 1/4 lb. Camembert cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds
  • 1/2 lb. Horseradish aged cheddar
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Gluten-free crackers (I used Mary’s Super Seed Crackers)

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients onto a wooden board or tray and serve. Add in your own additional ingredients as you prefer.
