Blackened Mahi Mahi Nuggets

These Blackened Mahi Mahi Nuggets are delicious and super easy to make! This Mahi Mahi is packed with flavor using a homemade blackening spice mix.

• Garlic powder • Oregano • Cayenne pepper • Mahi Mahi • Smoked paprika


In a small bowl, combine the blackening seasonings - garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, cumin, pepper, and salt; stir to combine.

Generously season both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets, then cut them into 1-inch chunks.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add Mahi Mahi nuggets to the hot oil and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side – then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

Once the internal temperature reaches 137 degrees F., remove and serve immediately with your favorite seafood dipping sauce.
