Crab Puff Appetizer

These delectable Crab Puff Appetizers are an elegant yet easy-to-make appetizer for your next party or gathering.

• Cream Cheese • Crab Meat • Worcestershire Sauce • Horseradish • Old Bay Seasoning

INGREDIENTS

In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, Worcestershire, horseradish, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper - stir to combine.

Remove the puff pastry sheets from the refrigerator. Unfold one sheet of puff pastry onto a sheet of parchment paper, then cut it into 12 squares.

Drop about 1 Tbsp. of the crab mixture onto the center of each square.

Whisk one egg, then brush it onto all four sides of the puff pastry.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
