INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW TO MAKE THANKSGIVING BRUSSEL SPROUTS

Preheat oven to 350° degrees F.

In a large skillet, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and fragrant.

Add 2 Tbsp. butter to the skillet, along with the the sliced mushrooms, sage, and thyme. Let cook until softened, stirring occasionally.

In large mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, and remaining salt and pepper and whisk to combine.

Add the cooled brussels sprouts to the bowl and gently mix to combine.
