Crab Puff Appetizer Story

These delectable Crab Puff Appetizers are an elegant yet easy-to-make appetizer for your next party or gathering. The perfect combination of crispy, flaky pastry and savory, creamy crab filling.

• cream cheese • lump crab meat • green onion • worcestershire sauce • horseradish

INGREDIENTS

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, Worcestershire, horseradish, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper.

Unfold one sheet of puff pastry onto a parchment paper, then cut it into 12 squares. Repeat with the second puff pastry sheet. Transfer the parchment paper to a baking sheet.

Drop about 1 Tbsp. of the crab mixture onto the center of each square.

Whisk one egg for an egg wash, then brush onto all four sides of the puff pastry.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
