HOW DO YOU MAKE GRILLED MEXICAN STREET CORN?

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, cumin, and lime juice in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside until ready.

Remove husks and silk from each ear of corn. Then, grill on medium heat, cooking about 2 minutes on each side.

Remove the corn from the grill. Using a pastry brush, heavily spread the street corn cream sauce over each ear of corn.
