HOW DO YOU MAKE HOT COCOA SANDWICH COOKIES?

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Add the Devil’s Food cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs to a large mixing bowl. Mix by hand or on medium-low speed until combined and a dough forms.

Once sweet potatoes are cooled, scoop out the flesh and add to a mixing bowl.
