The Classic Mimosa

With Mother’s Day just around the corner, treat her to a special brunch served along side this Classic Mimosa. They’re simple to make, and are the perfect addition to your brunch menu.

• bottle of champagne or Prosecco • orange juice • fresh orange


Add 1 bottle of cold champagne or prosecco to a pitcher.

Add in the orange juice and stir.

Add fresh orange slices and serve immediately.

Orange juice is the ingredient of choice in a classic mimosa recipe, but you can use a variety of juices such as pineapple, guava, cranberry, peach, or mango.

A Brut champagne is the best for a mimosa. Or, you could go with a Cava or Prosecco, too.
