Air Fryer Gluten-Free Chicken Parmesan

This air fryer gluten-free chicken parmesan is a ridiculously easy, weeknight dinner recipe that cooks in under 15 minutes. With a crispy golden outside and a tender, moist inside.

• chicken breasts • Italian seasoning • egg • salt • gluten-free panko bread crumbs

INGREDIENTS

In a small bowl, add the egg, salt, and pepper, and whisk to combine. In a separate bowl, add the panko bread crumbs and Italian seasoning and stir to combine.

Pour the bread crumbs out onto a sheet of parchment paper so you can easily bread the chicken breasts.

Dip the chicken breasts first into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs, fully coating each side.

Spray your air fryer basket with oil and place 2-3 chicken breasts into the basket. Fit as many as you can without overlapping.

Cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, then open the air fryer and flip the chicken breasts. Cook for another 5 minutes.
