THANKSGIVING SALAD

Make this Apple Cranberry Thanksgiving Salad for your holiday dinner table.

I love the added fruit mixed with marshmallows and it’s just such a refreshing salad.

Pineapple(crushed) Cold Water Raspberry Jell-O Berry Cranberry Sauce Apple(cored, chopped) Pecans(chopped) Marshmallows(mini)

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE APPLE CRANBERRY THANKSGIVING SALAD?

Separate the crushed pineapple from the juice by draining the juice from the crushed pineapple into a large liquid measuring cup and add cold water to measure 3 cups.

Pour the juice mixture into saucepan and bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Add Jell-O powder and stir for 2 minutes.

Stir in the cranberry sauce and transfer to a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 ½  hours or until slightly thickened but not fully set.

Stir in the crushed pineapple, apple, pecans, and marshmallows.

Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
