This is the collagen from the bones and is SUPER good for you! Bone broth gravy is simply gravy made with either the drippings from the roasted meat or using bottled bone broth.
1. Melt the butter in medium saucepan, then add flour and whisk to combine. 2. Pour in the bone broth and/or pan drippings liquid and bring to a simmer. 3. Stir occasionally until it thickens. 4.Reduce heat to low until ready to serve.
– For a gluten-free option, use any one-to-one gluten-free flour. – For a lactose-free option, use ghee instead of butter. – Play with the spices and season as you’d like.
