Guinness Beer Cheese Dip

This Guinness beer cheese dip is a rich and stout cheese dip that’s creamy and delicious. Pair it with soft pretzels, vegetables, crackers, or bread. It’s a crowd-pleasing party appetizer!

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Then, whisk in the flour.

Add the Guinness beer, whisking until smooth.

Whisk in the milk and let cook until it thickens, whisking continually.

Add in the mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper and whisk to combine.

Lastly, add in the shredded cheese and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat and serve.
