APPETIZER

The Shrimp Dijon Appetizer recipe is one of the easiest weeknight dinner or party appetizer that’s easy to make with little clean-up! Just get your cooked shrimp and you’re already halfway there.

It’s quick and simple, a crowd-pleaser, timeless, and can also be served as a main course.

Mayonnaise Dijon Mustard Lemon Juice & Zest Minced Garlic Olive Oil Tarragon Vinegar Salt Red Pepper Flakes Pepper Cooked Shrimp

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE SHRIMP DIJON APPETIZER?

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic until well combined. Cover and refrigerate.

Next, in a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, ¼ cup Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine shrimp, green onions, parsley, and marinade; seal bag and turn to coat.  Refrigerate for 2 hours  or overnight.

Remove shrimp from marinade, discard the marinade, and serve the shrimp with the Dijon aioli. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
