• English Cucumber • Broccoli Florets • Green Peppers • Sliced Pastrami • Sliced Corned beef • Ranch Dressing • Beer Cheese Dip • Pretzels • Cornichons • Spicy brown mustard • Irish Cheddar • Green Grapes • Suerkraut • Crostinis • Shot Glasses • Guinness Stout Beer

HOW TO ASSEMBLE A ST. PATRICK’S DAY CHARCUTERIE BOARD

– Prepare the soft pretzels – Start assembling your board – Slice off the tops of the green peppers, clean out the center, and place them on the board – place three small bowls onto the board. Fill with the ranch dressing and beer cheese dip – Slice the cheeses – Place the soft pretzels in the middle of the board. –For the pastrami and corned beef, roll each slice up – Continue filling in the gaps with the remaining ingredients. –For the final touches, fill the shot glasses with the Guinness beer and place them onto the board
