What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than with a St. Patrick’s Day charcuterie board loaded with St. Patrick’s day inspired foods! This tutorial will walk you through the items I used for this board, but of course, any board can be customized!
Items used for this St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board
- 1 English cucumber
- 1-2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 green peppers
- 1 pound sliced pastrami
- 1 pound sliced corned beef
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup beer cheese dip
- 4-5 soft pretzels
- Cornichons
- Spicy brown mustard
- 2 types of Irish cheddar
- Green grapes
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- Crostinis
- 4-6 shot glasses
- Guinness stout beer
How to assemble a St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board
- First, prepare the soft pretzels according to package directions.
- Then, start assembling your board.
- First, slice off the tops of the green peppers, clean out the center, and place them on the board. Fill with the ranch dressing and beer cheese dip.
- Then, place three small bowls onto the board. Fill the bowls with spicy brown mustard, sauerkraut, and cornichons.
- Slice the cheese.
- Place the soft pretzels in the middle of the board. From there, start filling in the board with the remaining ingredients.
- For the pastrami and corned beef, roll each slice up, then cut in half and stack onto the board.
- Continue filling in the gaps with the remaining ingredients. Don’t be afraid to adjust and rearrange until it all comes together.
- For the final touches, fill the shot glasses with the Guinness beer and place them onto the board – one shot glass per person.
