This juicy ribeye steak, marinated in a mushroom garlic olive oil, and cooked with fresh portobello mushrooms in the air fryer will be ready in less than 15 minutes!

This mushroom & steak bites recipe is one that can easily be doubled in the air fryer for a family of four or more!

– pound ribeye steak – Olive Oil – portobello mushrooms – Santa Maria seasoning

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE AIR FRYER MUSHROOM AND STEAK BITES?

1. Cut the ribeye steak into thick chunks and add to a large mixing bowl. Add the sliced portobello mushrooms. 2. Pour the mushroom garlic olive oil over the steak and mushrooms.

3. Season with the Santa Maria seasoning and toss again to coat. Make sure that both meat and mushrooms are seasoned well enough.

4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add the oiled and seasoned steak and mushrooms to the basket.
