INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE APRICOT BRIE BITES?

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and Lay out the puff pastry sheets on a cutting board and cut each sheet into 24 2”x2” squares.

Grease a mini muffin tin, and place one puff pastry square into each section. The edges may hang over.

Lay the prosciutto slices on a cutting board, and slice into 3 sections (24 pieces total)
