This Baked Brie Appetizer is the perfect way to feed a crowd or make a delicious treat for yourself. You can dip in just about anything that you want as well!

I love that it’s simple to make and it just has such an elegance about it, too. Most people that that baked brie is hard to make but they couldn’t be more wrong!

Roma tomatoes Basil leaves Garlic Balsamic vinegar Extra virgin olive oil Sea salt Black pepper Brie wheel Baguette

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE BAKED BRIE APPETIZER?

In a medium bowl, add the tomatoes, basil, garlic, 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar, olive oil, vinegar, and salt.

Spray or oil an 8×8 oven safe baking dish. Unwrap the brie wheel and place in the center of the dish.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, scoop the bruschetta topping onto the center of the brie. Spread over the top.
