INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE BLACKENED MAHI SANDWICH?

In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup, cajun seasoning, and dill relish. Stir to combine, then cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

In a separate small bowl, combine the blackening spice mixture and stir to combine.

Before cooking, heavily coat both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets with the blackening spices.
