– Mahi Mahi fillets – Unsalted butter – All-purpose flour – Paprika – Salt – Cracked black pepper – Lemon juice – Fresh parsley

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE BROILED MAHI MAHI?

1. Place oven rack in top position, and preheat oven to broil setting. 2. Grease a broiler pan. If you do not have a broiler pan, a jelly roll baking sheet with foil will do.

3. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, then drizzle over the Mahi Mahi fillets. 4. Lightly dust the fillets with flour and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

5. Place pan into the oven and broil for 5 minutes or until fish just begins to brown, watching closely. 6. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, parsley, and remaining butter.

7. Place back into the oven and broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until the fillets flakes easily with a fork and have reached an internal temperature of 137 degrees F.
