This Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board is a great appetizer before kicking off the main holiday meal. Loaded with delicious meat and cheese, everyone will find something that they love to eat!
There’s a reason why charcuterie boards are so popular! Once you see how simple this recipe is to create, you’re going to wonder what took you so long in the first place. This easy recipe will have everyone lined up and ready to snack!
Cheddar cubes
Red grapes
Packages of various salames
Havarti cheese
Green olives
Pepper Jack Cheese cubes
Fresh cranberriesSugar
Pretzel sticks
Sliced provolone
Rosemary
Leaving room at the bottom for the pretzel stick trunk (you’ll assemble that later), start by creating a 1-½ inch row of sharp cheddar cubes. This will be your widest layer as you build your tree.
Next, add a row of salame (6 oz. or two different packages), folding the meat so that it stands up. You can slide them onto toothpicks to help hold in place if needed. Again, this row should be slightly less wide than the grape layer.
