INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE EGG SALAD CROSTINI?

Slice the baguette into ½  inch slices, place onto a baking sheet, and toast them for 5 minutes.

Boil the eggs, peel, and chop.

In a mixing bowl, add the chopped eggs, Gorgonzola cheese, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
