INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE FRESH FRUIT AND RICOTTA CROSTINI?

Slice the baguette into ½ inch slices, place onto a baking sheet, and toast them for 5 minutes

Spread ricotta cheese over each crostini.

Top with fresh fruit, one fruit per crostini (approximately four peach, four strawberry, and four raspberry)
