These gluten-free mini apple galettes are the perfect individual-sized dessert for your next dinner party!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN-FREE MINI APPLE GALETTES?

Preheat oven to 375  degrees F and In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, and salt – mix to combine.

Cut the butter into small chunks, then add to the flour mixture. Using a pastry blender, cut the butter into the flour until you get coarse crumbs.

Next, add the cold water and stir until the dough comes together. You want the dough to come together but not be too wet or too dry.
