Roasted Mahi Mahi is a great way to get wonderful flavor with minimal ingredients.

Roasting fish allows for the outside to be cooked perfectly leaving the inside flaky and moist.

- Mahi Mahi fillets - Salt - Pepper - Old Bay seasoning - Unsalted butter - Sprigs fresh thyme - Lemon slices - Chopped fresh parsley

HOW TO MAKE ROASTED MAHI MAHI

                Step 1

Heat oven to 375°F.

                Step 2

Grease the bottom of an 11×14 baking dish. Place the fillets into the dish.

                Step 3

Season the fillets with the salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Drizzle the melted butter over the fillets.
