Spring Citrus Burrata Appetizer

Spring is just around the corner and what a better way to savor the season’s bounty vibrant and refreshing citrus flavors than with a mouthwatering Spring Citrus Burrata Appetizer?

• navel orange • cara cara oranges • blood oranges • burrata cheese • prosciutto


Cut the skin off each orange by first slicing its ends. Then stand the orange, cut away the skin from top to bottom one small section at a time.

Once peeled, then slice horizontally. Repeat for all oranges.

On a small platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Then, begin arranging the sliced oranges around the cheese.

Fold the prosciutto and tuck each piece in around the cheese and orange slices. Tuck fresh mint leaves in around the prosciutto and cheese.

Drizzle with olive oil and Prosecco vinegar. Season with salt and cracked black pepper, and serve.
