- Mayonnaise

How to Make Ham and Cheese Tea Sandwiches
- Using a 3” circle cookie or biscuit cutter, cut out 30 circles from the bread. Set aside.
- Continue by then cutting out 20 circles of ham, and 20 circles of swiss cheese.
- Begin assembling the tea sandwiches. Start with one bread circle on the bottom, then top with a circle of ham and cheese.
- Add mustard to the top of the cheese, then top with another circle of bread.
- Add another circle of ham, followed by a circle of cheese. Add mayonnaise to the top of the cheese.
- Finally, top with a 3rd and final circle of bread. Then garnish with a cornichon using an appetizer skewer.
- Continue this process until you have 10 tea sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.
