Crostini

This Roast Beef Crostini recipe is a great way to get a snack in the bellies of everyone fast! You can make this as a fun snack for home and an easy appetizer to feed a crowd. 

These are great for a fast and easy dinner at home or are so much fun for a party appetizer as well. I’ve whipped these up in a very short amount of time when I’ve had guests just popping by to visit.

French bread baguettes Sour cream Horseradish Dijon mustard White wine vinegar Salt Pepper Roast beef Fresh parsley

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

HOW DO YOU MAKE CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN TRUFFLES?

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the baguette into ½ inch slices, place onto a baking sheet, and toast them for 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and set aside. In a small mixing bowl, add the sour cream, horseradish, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Assemble the crostinis - Spread about ½ - 1 tablespoon of the horseradish sauce onto the sliced baguettes. Top with 1 slice of roast beef, folded to fit onto the baguette slice.
