Can I just say that these are so much fun to eat?! I love anything bite-sized and these are it. These are great for a fast and easy dinner at home or are so much fun for a party appetizer as well. I’ve whipped these up in a very short amount of time when I’ve had guests just popping by to visit.

Ingredients Needed
- 2 French bread baguettes sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound sliced roast beef
- Fresh parsley – finely chopped
How to make Roast Beef Crostini
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the baguette into ½ inch slices, place onto a baking sheet, and toast them for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, add the sour cream, horseradish, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk to combine.
- Assemble the crostinis – Spread about ½ – 1 tablespoon of the horseradish sauce onto the sliced baguettes. Top with 1 slice of roast beef, folded to fit onto the baguette slice. Continue for all baguette slices.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Can you use other types of bread?
You can – but why? I promise you that the bread is so important in this recipe! It has to be of the right thickness and texture to ensure the perfect bite.

Can you reheat the leftovers easily?
