Recipe FAQs

Is naan the same as flatbread?

Naan is a specific type of flatbread, but there are more flatbread variations outside of just the Indian naan bread.

How do you reheat a fresh tomato flatbread pizza?

To reheat, simply place it back into the oven at 400 degrees F. for about five minutes. You may also want to place it under the broiler for 1-2 minutes to give the top a nice crisp.

Can I use shredded mozzarella cheese?

You can, however it may not be as creamy as using thicker slices of fresh mozzarella.
