Ingredients needed
- 1/2 cup dairy-free mayo
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. fresh pineapple juice (reserved from the crushed pineapple)
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
How to make pineapple aioli
- Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl.
- Whisk to combine.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
- Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
