- 4-6 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups Jasmine rice
- Optional – fresh avocado, fruit salsa, lime wedges for garnish
How to make Chili Lime Mahi Mahi
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the Mahi Mahi fillets onto a lined baking sheet.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the Mahi Mahi fillets until fully coated.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork and reaches an internal temperature of 137 degrees F.
- While the fish baking, cook the rice according to package directions.
- Serve fillets over rice with optional toppings and garnish.
