Ingredients Needed
- 12 oz. lump crab meat
- 8 oz. cream cheese – softened
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped scallions or green onions (green only)
How to make Crab Rangoon Dip
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients, except for the scallions, and stir to thoroughly combine.
- Transfer to a greased 2 quart oval baking dish, or 9×9 baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped scallions.
- Serve hot with pita bread, pita chips, toasted baguette, or baked wontons.
