- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup Guinness stout
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp. brown mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How to make Guinness Beer Cheese Dip
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Then, whisk in the flour.
- Add the Guinness beer, whisking until smooth.
- Whisk in the milk and let cook until it thickens, whisking continually.
- Add in the mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper and whisk to combine.
- Lastly, add in the shredded cheese and stir until fully melted.
