Adults deserve treats, too! These Prosecco Popsicles are fast, simple, and a boozy, refreshing dessert. With only two ingredients needed, these wine popsicles just might be your favorite party cocktail that your guests will love!
When a wine recipe is this good, I’m never letting it out of my brain. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that I don’t have to give up on the treats like popsicles that I liked as a kid – I just have to find a way to have my wine and eat it, too.
I can assure you that I’ve made this numerous times, and I’ve yet to get tired of the simplicity or the taste. It’s a super fun drink recipe for a book club, a girl’s weekend, or a simple date night at home.
I also love the fact that there isn’t really any “cooking” happening at all. It’s adding popsicles to wine and drinking. Talk about a recipe that anyone over the age of 21 can do, right?!
Ingredients Needed
- 6 all-natural, fruit juice popsicles
- 1-2 750ml bottles of Prosecco
- Large wine glasses or champagne flutes (that will fit your popsicles)

- Fill each glass about halfway and serve immediately.
Prosecco Popsicles FAQs
Frozen wine popsicles are fun and easy to make and are a unique way to enjoy that wonderful wine flavor. You just can’t go wrong with this simple wine recipe.
Can you use this recipe with homemade popsicles?
You bet! You can easily make your own frozen popsicles just by freezing some juice in a popsicle freezer mold. I always look for natural juice in the store that doesn’t have a ton of added sugars to it.
Can you use other types of wine?
Absolutely. If you want to use other types of wine, go for it. Just try and pair it with popsicles that are going to compliment the flavor. And if you find one that goes perfectly together, let me know so I can whip it up next!
Do you need to add ice?
You don’t because this is what the popsicle is for. It should help to cool down the wine to the perfect temperature.
However, if you gobble up the popsicle quickly and need your wine to be cooled more, that’s when you’d drop in some ice cubes to help it out.
