I love making variations of aioli recipes – from sweet to savory – aioli makes the perfect sauce for just about any recipe. Maybe it’s because I come from a family of sauce lovers – Ha! – I’m not sure, but I do love a good dipping sauce. Aioli is rich and creamy, and you can easily mix up the flavor profile. This roasted chili aioli is the perfect dipping sauce for my air fryer roasted chili chicken wings!
Ingredients needed for roasted chili aioli
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Tree Roasted Chili Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
How to make roasted chili aioli
Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
Whisk to combine – then refrigerate for up to two weeks in an air-tight container.
