When I think of summertime I think of cool drinks, fresh watermelon, and dinner al fresco. This la croix cocktail not only captures the watermelon flavor of Pastèque La Croix (Watermelon), but also has fresh watermelon and mint leaves – so light and refreshing!
Ingredients Needed
This single-serve recipe is made for a 6 oz. lowball glass.
- 2 chunks seedless watermelon
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1.5 oz. white rum
- Crushed ice
- Pastèque La Croix (Watermelon)
How to make a watermelon La Croix cocktail
- Add the seedless watermelon, 2-3 mint leaves, and simple syrup to a lowball glass, and muddle together.
- Add in the rum, then fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with Pastèque La Croix and serve. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or a wedge of fresh watermelon, if preferred.
