Ingredients Needed
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter – divided
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ½ Tbsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
How to make Broiled Mahi Mahi Recipe
- Place oven rack in top position, and preheat oven to broil setting.
- Grease a broiler pan. If you do not have a broiler pan, life a jelly roll baking sheet with foil, and place a cooling rack on top of the pan.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, then drizzle over the Mahi Mahi fillets.
- Lightly dust the fillets with flour and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place pan into the oven and broil for 5 minutes or until fish just begins to brown, watching closely.
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, parsley, and remaining butter. Carefully open the oven and remove the broil pan, then pour over the Mahi Mahi fillets.
- Place back into the oven and broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until the fillets flakes easily with a fork and have reached an internal temperature of 137 degrees F.
