Ingredients Needed
- 3 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. oregano
- 1 ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 tsp. smoked paprika
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 3 tsp. cumin
- 1 ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
How to make Mahi Mahi Seasoning
- Add all spices to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Store in an air-tight container for up to six months.

Is this homemade seasoning spicy?
There will be a bit of heat due to the added cayenne pepper. It’s not a lot but it does give it a bit of spice. If you ultimately don’t care for heat, you can opt to leave it out of the recipe.
How to you store this seasoning?
You need to keep it stored in an airtight container with a lid. I use a mason or glass jar to store mine.

I think that this would taste great on chicken, roasted veggies, and even as a mix in with dips as well!
