Did I mention how ridiculously easy this frozen peach Bellini recipe is? Simply add the fresh peaches, Prosecco, and white peach balsamic vinegar to a blender, add ice and blend to combine.
A traditional Bellini is made with white peaches and Prosecco. In this recipe, you can use either white or yellow peaches, and we’ve added in White Peach balsamic vinegar to give it a delicious boost of flavor.

- 3 cups fresh or frozen peaches (white or yellow)
- 2 ounces Olive Tree White Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
