I love a good frozen cocktail in the summer, especially one that is low in sugar, easy to make, and doesn’t require a ton of ingredients – like my watermelon wine slush! This frozen peach Bellini definitely meets all three of these criteria! Just toss the ingredients into a blender and voila, you have a refreshing low-sugar cocktail ready to enjoy!

For this recipe, you only need three simple ingredients. Fresh peaches (white or yellow), a bottle of Prosecco, and Olive Tree’s White Peach balsamic vinegar. Oh, and you’ll also need ice.

How to make a frozen peach Bellini

Did I mention how ridiculously easy this frozen peach Bellini recipe is? Simply add the fresh peaches, Prosecco, and white peach balsamic vinegar to a blender, add ice and blend to combine.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen peaches (white or yellow)
  • 2 ounces Olive Tree White Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer.
