It’s brunch season and you’re going to definitely want this Mimosa Board on your menu! It’s a twist on a charcuterie board idea, with three different mimosa options and all the fresh fruit to enjoy!
Brunch because Mimosas, right? And what better way to elevate your brunch game than to create a Mimosa Board! Not only does this board have my classic mimosa recipe, but there are also two other mimosa recipes included!

Ingredients Needed
- 2-3 bottles of Prosecco, Brut, or Champagne – chilled
- 3 cups orange juice – chilled
- 3 cups grapefruit juice – chilled
- 3 cups pineapple juice – chilled
- Fresh berries – strawberries, blackberries, blueberries
- Fresh mint leaves
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh basil

How to make a Mimosa Board
- Add 3 cups of juice to one carafe (30-35 ounce capacity – I’ve shared these exact carafes later in this post). Then do the same with the other two juices.
- Fill each of the carafe or pitcher the rest of the way with the Prosecco, Brut, or Champagne.
- Place the carafes onto a large serving.
- Place the fresh berries into small bowls and add to the tray and serve.
